The Líonra members recognise  that there is a  need to be ever more proactive in exploiting connections between enterprise and the third level sector so as to promote and develop new enterprises and intrapreneurship in existing enterprises. In addressing this need, a cooperative approach with industrial, commercial and academic partners  is vital. This is also recognised by Enterprise Ireland who have committed to working in partnership with third level institutions.
